Welcome to FireIQ Prep. By downloading, installing, or using the FireIQ Prep application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
FireIQ Prep is operated by EggHead Digital Design LLC ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the App and all related services. By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
FireIQ Prep is an interview preparation tool designed for fire service candidates. The App provides features including practice interview questions, AI-powered coaching and feedback, department research, story building tools, resume and cover letter builders, and fitness tracking. Content is generated using artificial intelligence and is intended for educational and preparatory purposes only.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
FireIQ Prep offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (or Google Play account) at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your device's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the applicable rate. You will not be charged during the free trial period.

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to interview questions, AI-generated feedback, design elements, and branding, are owned by EggHead Digital Design LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content you create using the App (such as stories, resumes, and cover letters) remains yours.
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate interview feedback, department research, and coaching suggestions. AI-generated content is provided for informational and preparatory purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it in interviews or applications.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EggHead Digital Design LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
